What is the Attestto Patron Program?

The Patron Program provides institutional patronage of the Attestto sovereign digital identity deployment, in the tradition of museum and scientific expedition funding. Four tiers: Founding Patron, Sustaining Patron, Supporting Patron, and Institutional Partner.

How does patronage differ from investment?

Patronage funds public infrastructure without equity or token expectations. Patrons receive governance seats, early access, and naming rights — not financial returns. This keeps Attestto's citizen-free-forever principle intact.

Tiers

Four levels of recognition

Each tier carries a fixed contribution and a fixed form of recognition. There is no editorial control, no governance seat, no architectural influence, and no negotiation on price. Recognition is permanent or annual, depending on tier.

Principles

What patronage means here

Discretion is enforced

Patron credit appears in the footer, the title card, the preface, and the annual report. There are no large logos, no badge walls, no homepage carousels, and no "powered by" headers. Readers who care about credit will find it. Readers who do not care will not be distracted by it.

No control, ever

The Patron is acquiring the right to say "we supported this", not the right to shape it. There is no editorial control on the case study or the ceremony recording. There is no governance seat. There is no architectural influence. There is no veto. This is the same firewall a museum maintains between donors and curators.

No retroactive credit

The genesis ceremony is a one-time event with one-time credits. A Founding Patron position for the Costa Rica genesis ceremony is available only until the ceremony is filmed. After that, the position is no longer available at any price.
